We believe in clarity and honesty about our purchase policies. Please review this before buying any product or service. Questions before purchasing? Email us: jax@outpostgray.com
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Digital downloads — including PDF guides, frameworks, templates, reports, checklists, and any other downloadable files — are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."
This is industry-standard practice for digital goods. Because access is immediate and the product cannot be un-delivered, we do not offer refunds on downloadable items.
We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, review any available previews, and ask questions before purchasing. Contact us: jax@outpostgray.com
This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights where required by applicable law.
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. Refunds for online courses and training programs are available under these conditions:
To request a refund, email jax@outpostgray.com with subject "Course Refund Request" within the 7-day window. Include your name, purchase email, and course name. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
All professional consulting engagements — including vCISO services, AI governance assessments, LLM red teaming, security training, and board advisory — are governed by a separate written service agreement executed prior to any work beginning.
Refund, cancellation, and billing terms for consulting services are defined in that individual service agreement. This website's refund policy does not apply to consulting engagements.
For consulting billing questions: jax@outpostgray.com
If you believe there has been a billing error or you received a product materially different from its description, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We take billing concerns seriously and want to make things right.

Chargebacks filed in bad faith (where products were properly delivered and accessible) may result in account termination and loss of access to purchased materials.
